1. Information We Collect
We collect email addresses and names for account creation. For payment processing, billing information is handled directly by Stripe or Razorpay — we never store card details. We collect anonymous usage analytics (page views, feature usage) to improve the Service.
2. How We Handle Your Files
Files you upload are stored temporarily in encrypted Supabase Storage. Free plan files are deleted within 24 hours. Pro plan files are retained for 30 days. We never read the contents of your files, and they are never shared with third parties.
3. Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies for authentication sessions. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser, but some features may not work correctly.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with: Supabase (database/storage), Stripe/Razorpay (payments), and Resend (transactional emails). All sub-processors are GDPR-compliant.
5. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, and delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, email us at hello@pdfpro.app. We will respond within 30 days. For EU/UK users, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
6. Security
We use industry-standard security practices including TLS encryption for data in transit, encrypted storage, and regular security audits. However, no system is 100% secure, and we encourage you to use strong passwords.
