Troubleshooting
A HEIC or TIFF file would not convert
Most browsers cannot decode HEIC/HEIF or TIFF without extra libraries. Convert those files to JPG or PNG first (for example with the HEIC to JPG tool), then add them here. The tool flags unsupported inputs rather than failing silently.
One image failed in a large batch
Click Retry on any failed item to process it again, or Retry Failed to re-run all failures at once. Failures are usually caused by a corrupted file or an unsupported format — the rest of the batch is unaffected.
The page slowed down on a huge batch
Very large images consume a lot of memory while on the canvas. The tool processes files with a small concurrency limit and yields between them, but on low-memory devices it helps to convert in groups of a few hundred, or to enable resizing so each image uses less memory.
